About Amber
Through Feng Shui, decluttering, holistic coaching, and intentional living practices, I help you create a home that supports your energy, clarity, confidence, and next chapter.
For a long time, I knew what it felt like to be stuck.
I had spent years in a career that no longer felt aligned. Eventually, the stress became impossible to ignore. I was physically feeling it, emotionally drained, and quietly wondering, “Is this really it?”
One day, I decided something had to change.
I left that job and started rediscovering myself. I returned to my background in Dietetics, became a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and started exploring the connection between my habits, my environment, my energy, and my emotional well-being.
What surprised me most was how much my space mattered.
As I changed the food I ate, simplified my life, decluttered my surroundings, and began using Feng Shui intentionally, I felt my energy shift. My home started feeling less like a place I was stuck in and more like a place that supported me.
That experience changed everything.
Now, I help women create that same kind of shift in their own lives. Not by forcing a perfect home or a picture-perfect lifestyle, but by making intentional changes that create clarity, movement, and momentum.
Because it is never just about the stuff.
It is about what the stuff represents, what it is holding, and what becomes possible when you finally have space to breathe again.

A Few Things About Me
Philosophy
Sometimes it says, “You are supported.”
Sometimes it says, “We need a drawer intervention.”
Sometimes it says, “This chapter is over, babe.”
My job is to help you understand the message, clear what no longer fits, and create a space that reflects where you are going next.
